We look forward to providing Afro-Caribbean and Canadian businesses an opportunity to market their goods and services, network with each other and expose the Afro-Caribbean Canadian community to companies/institutions that will enhance their business, health and personal life. All vendors are welcome to apply for this curated market.
The 2-day festival and market will run rain or shine from

10 am – 10 pm on both days.

VANCOUVER REGGAE SUNSPLASH VENDOR INQUIRY FORM

This is an OUTDOOR VENUE, under tents. The festival goes RAIN OR SHINE. Vendor space is limited, so, please apply early. Vendors must be self sustained and supply their own 10′ x 10′ tent, tables and chairs, including tent spikes or weights.

Please upload 2-4 photos that best illustrate your product or service. and any Logos and/or marketing materials for use in our promotional materials. Acknowledging that any materials may be used on our website/social media/marketing and promotional materials.
Once I am approved I understand that I will have to pay the full amount within 14 days or I may lose my spot. I also understand and accept that this payment is non-refundable.
(i)“vendors” refers to business owners, sales representatives, brand ambassadors, brand representatives, team members, volunteers and/or persons occupying vendor tables. (ii) “event” refers to Vancouver Reggae Sunsplash Festival, Sat & Sun. July 27- 28, 2024, 10 am -10 pm (iii) “venue” refers to Vancouver Art Gallery - North Plaza: 750 Hornby St, Vancouver (iv) “organizer” refers to Afro Nation Entertainment Society 1.a. The vendor recognizes that he/she takes part in the event willingly and in good faith b. The vendor is responsible for all set-up and take-down of his/her business equipment including but not limited to signs, posters, merchandise, displays etc. c. The vendor is responsible for the condition of any rented equipment and will return items in good condition and without damage. d. The vendor acknowledges that Afro Nation Entertainment Society is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged articles or money. 2. a. The vendor is solely responsible for the goods and services sold, sampled, distributed or displayed by the vendor at the event b. The vendor is solely responsible for holding proper business licenses and insurance for the sale of goods and services at the event c. The vendor is solely responsible for the application and use of all goods and services offered by the vendor at the event d. The vendor releases the organizer from all and any responsibility and liability in relation to the sale and offering of goods and services by the vendor. I, (the vendor) hereby release Afro Nation Entertainment Society from any responsibility and liability from activities at the event. I will not seek remuneration, compensation or legal action against the organizer in case of clauses included but not limited to sections 1-2 above.
